DOVE Church Wilmington is a cell-based family of Christian believers located in downtown Wilmington. The pastors, elders, and members of our church are committed to serving the needs of the congregation while simultaneously displaying the love of Jesus throughout our local community.
As a church body, our primary focus lies in the ministry of small groups (otherwise known as "cell" groups), which meet in various homes and locations throughout the week. These cell groups enable our ministry to advance in the form of fellowship, community outreaches, religious study, and spiritual discipleship. In addition, many of our church members make a special effort to be regularly involved in the community and to maintain good connections with other local churches.
As a unified group of Christian believers, we feel that God has given us the special calling to be "A Church Without Walls," and the vast majority of our ministry efforts are directed toward that end.
The DOVE cell groups gather together every Sunday morning at 10:15 A.M. for a session of corporate worship and religious study. Our weekly services usually include time for personal testimonies, collective prayer, contemporary praise and worship, and a message from one of the church elders or pastors. In addition, we have regular Bible classes for all school-aged children, and nursery services are available for both infants and toddlers. The church environment is casual, relaxed, and comfortable...so feel free to come as you are!

In keeping with the first and greatest commandment (Mark 12:29-31), Christ’s great commission (Matthew 28:18-20) and our God-given vision, the DOVE members and leaders endeavor to do the following:
- Worship God in our daily lives and honor Him through our corporate gatherings
- Make disciples for Christ and equip them to walk in spiritual obedience
- Meet the physical and spiritual needs of our community at every possible opportunity
- Submit to the commands of Jesus and reflect His character in all our deeds and actions
- Seek to restore those who are wounded, discouraged, or disengaged from the religious journey
- Foster unity of spirit among the entire body of Christ

DOVE Church Wilmington is under the apostolic covering of DOVE Christian Fellowship International (DCFI), which provides direction and oversight to cell churches and missionaries throughout the world. DCFI is widely recognized in the Christian community as a leader and pioneer in small-group ministry and church planting.
